Important information

Please note that we can only provide a feasibility declaration once divorce proceedings have been initiated with the court. If you are currently negotiating a divorce agreement, you can order an account statement.
In the event of a divorce/dissolution of a registered partnership, the assets accrued through the duration of the marriage/registered partnership will be split. You need the feasibility check declaration and the indications so that the court can make the calculation.
