If you have not registered with a pension fund and have employees who are subject to LOB, you must register with the Substitute Occupational Benefit Institution. As an employer, you may also voluntarily insure your employees’ compulsory occupational pension with us.

The Substitute Occupational Benefit Institution offers employers the opportunity to insure their employees with the Substitute Occupational Benefit Institution for occupational pensions. Affiliated employers can manage their affiliations and find out what to do with different benefit claims.
