How you benefit

Basic and advanced training

You will start with a comprehensive induction programme. Later, you will benefit from in-house specialist courses. We also provide generous support for your individual further training.

Optimally insured

We cover the daily allowance premium and the Accident Insurance Act (AIA) premium. In the event of an accident, you can be treated in a private ward in hospital. You are insured with the pension fund on an extra-mandatory basis and we pay 62% of the BVG/LPP contributions.
