Termination

Here you will find all the information you need to cancel your affiliation.

Ensure that you back up any required data and documents before submitting the notice of termination. Upon termination of your affiliation, access to the employer portal will be disabled.
Submit your notice of termination in good time via the employer portal or by post. Under «Important information» you will find all the information you need to cancel.
You will receive a reply from us by post.

We must receive notice of termination no later than six months (30 June) before the end of the year (31 December).
The requirements for termination are defined in Art. 8 of the Terms and Conditions of Affiliation for Employers (ASA).
- Change of occupational benefits institution: Another occupational benefits institution must have agreed to take over your insured persons, provided that your company is still subject to mandatory occupational pension provision (enclose a copy of the affiliation contract or written commitment). In addition, employees must be informed about the change of occupational benefits institution.
- Change of occupational benefits institution under a collective employment agreement: You must show that the new pension plan meets the requirements of the collective employment agreement. If this is the case, you can terminate the affiliation relationship by giving three months’ notice to the end of a quarter.
- No insured persons
- Business closure: We require confirmation that the compensation fund has ceased operations.
