Please complete the form «Überweisung meiner Freizügigkeitsleistung an die Stiftung Auffangeinrichtung BVG» (Transfer my vested benefits to the Substitute Occupational Benefit Institution) and send it to your previous pension fund or vested benefits institution.

Your previous pension fund or vested benefits institution will transfer your pension assets to us.

We shall send you a new «personal certificate» as soon as we have received your pension assets.
