New AN Plus plan: more pension benefits for every salary
The Substitute Occupational Benefit Institution is launching AN Plus, a new voluntary pension scheme for employers wishing to protect their employees over and above the statutory minimum. The plan allows for higher retirement savings capital and improved benefits in the event of disability and death.
Every salary counts – even for part-time work
AN Plus can insure salaries from as little as CHF 2’500, which benefits in particular employees with low rates of employment or multiple part-time positions. The plan does not envisage any coordination deduction, so the entire salary up to the upper limit of CHF 90’720 can be taken into account.
More attractive for employers
Companies that insure their employees under the AN Plus pension scheme offer up-to-date social benefits and position themselves as an attractive, responsible employer.
The new plan can be adhered to from 1 January 2026.
