Attention: fraudulent calls
In French-speaking Switzerland in particular, there has recently been an increase in telephone calls from people posing as employees of the Substitute Occupational Benefit Institution.
Important information: we do not call any customers without first having been in touch with them on specific topics. In addition, we do not ask anyone to transfer money to an account for no reason. Furthermore, we do not charge any account management fees. This means the claim that you can forego these fees with another provider is false. It is also not true that the Substitute Occupational Benefit Institution is going to cease operating.
In general, if you receive calls requiring you to take action, including a threat that there will be consequences if you do not, you should be sceptical.
