Current delays in contacting Client Service

During the processing of your annual statements of account, the Client Service department will be available to you as follows: 

Telephone contacts: From 22 January until 1 March 2024, we are expecting a high number of calls. It’s best to call us between 1.30 pm and 5 pm.

Transfers: For transfers of your vested benefits to a pension fund or vested benefits foundation, please use the webform.
 
Other matters: Our online services offer you the possibility of conveying these quickly and easily too.
