Digital notification of termination of contract
With BVG Exchange WAK, the notification of termination of contract can be submitted completely digitally – standardised, secure and free of charge.
The substitute Pension Fund is mandated to carry out reaffiliation checks (Wiederanschlusskontrollen or WAK). Occupational benefits institutions must notify the Substitute Occupational Benefit Institution of the termination of the affiliation contracts (Art. 11 para. 3 bis BVG/LPP). The notification of termination of contract can be fully digitised with BVG Exchange WAK. The notification is transmitted in a standardised manner and is directly available to the substitute Pension Fund.
Who is this for?
The service is aimed at occupational benefits institutions that have to terminate an affiliation contract with an employer and report this to the Substitute Occupational Benefit Instituion.
As an occupational benefits institution affiliated with BVG Exchange, you can use BVG Exchange WAK directly if your software manufacturer has implemented the function.
