How to get a job with us
Have you found your dream job? Send us your dossier. People are at the heart of our application process. We look forward to meeting you.
1. Application
Simply submit your documents using our application tool. If you do not receive an automatic confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact . We will get back to you within eight working days.
2. Face-to-face meeting
If we are impressed by your application, we will be happy to invite you to an interview. As a rule, you will have an interview with your line manager and your HR contact.
3. Half-day trial
If we are both happy to move onto the next step in the process, we’ll organise a half-day trial. During this trial, you will get to know your area of responsibility and your future team, giving you a valuable first glimpse into your new day-to-day work.
Did everything go well?
If we reach an agreement, you will receive your employment contract within one week. We will then look forward to welcoming you as a new team member at the Substitute Occupational Benefit Institution!
